The League of Black Women empowers, educates and advocates for professional Black women aspiring to leadership within their companies, businesses and communities (local, regional, national and global). We are the only professional leadership development organization in the United States created specifically for professional Black women that conducts research and produces reports that deal exclusively with the challenges Black women face in pursuit of leadership ambition.

We provide access to experts and educational resources through the League of Black Women Global Leadership Research Institute, Webinars with industry leaders and authors, and through our annual global leadership conference.
