Too few Good Women
League Of Black Women has launched the LBW Enterprise Acquisitions Academy (LBW EAA). This seven-week 2024-2025 virtual education program is designed to teach women how to acquire manufacturing companies to proactively identify and prevent potential manufacturing company closures, relocations and downsizings that would otherwise adversely affect residents near minority communities.
Because of the curated sourcing of invited nominees, we are asking that you accept your LBW community nomination quickly on this registration link by October 18, 2024 for this FREE Event.
The manufacturing sector lacks diversity at the top levels of companies, especially ownership, a painful reminder of inequality and exclusion in society. The LBW Enterprise Acquisitions Academy aims to interrupt this traditional bias in ownership.
LBW EAA is the 7 session 2024-2025 virtual education program, starts on Thursday, November 7, 2004, 7;00 pm – 9:00pm CST. It is designed to teach women how to acquire manufacturing companies to proactively identify and prevent potential manufacturing company closures, relocations and downsizings that would otherwise adversely affect residents near minority communities. It also will address issues of industrial jobs retention, employee engagement, racial equity, diversity, and community development.
